All orders placed, except pre-ordered or made to order pieces, are normally dispatched the same day, or the next working day. Depending on your delivery destination, shipping will normally take 1-2 business days, or up to 7-8 business days.
Delivery times provided are estimates and serve as a guideline only. KNITBRARY cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or other.
For delivery to countries outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges and other taxes or duties at destination may apply and are not included.

Please note that "Made to order" pieces are made specially for you and we cannot accept exchanges or refunds in these cases.
If you wish to exchange your order or ask for a refund, you can do it within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unused and fit for resale, including all original labels, tags and packaging. Knitbrary aims to process all returns within 5 working days on reception. You will receive a Refund Notification email for confirmation. Please note that refunds could take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
